Landscape & Garden Center: All trees, shrubs, roses are covered under the warranty for a 1 time- 1 year limited warranty replacement. **Perennials, grasses and annuals are not covered under the 1 year -1 time limited warranty and will not be replaced **
Hardscape: All Patios, walkway’s driveways, retaining walls, fire-pits, fireplaces, outdoor kitchen areas, flagstone patios/walkways are covered under a 1 time – 1 year limited warranty.
Lighting: All lighting installs are guaranteed for 1 year limited warranty from date of completion.
Exceptions/ ExclusionsWarranties apply to initial purchaser only, and is not transferable. Maintaining the landscapes installed remains the sole responsibility of the homeowner. Warranties do not apply for mishandling, improper use, improper adjustment by another company, neglect or accident. Please keep the original copy of your purchase receipt for any future warranty claim.
